Delivery & Charges
We process all orders immediately after receipt. Your order will reach you within 3-5 days from the day of order. In case you have subscribed for the 3 or 6 month boxes, you will receive the 1st box within 3-5 days and the second and subsequent ones a month later. A confirmation email will be send when your box is sent out for delivery.
Delivery to Pick up Point
We offer delivery with Kronos Express and Akis Express. Please leave us a note specifying your pickup point when placing your order.

Delivery to Door
Delivery to your Door has an additional cost of 2 EUR.
In case you are not home at the delivery time, you may arrange a new time for delivery with Kronos directly or Akis Express.
If you are sending a box as a gift, please make sure to tick the corresponding box when adding the box in your shopping cart and state the recipient’s address during checkout.
For all orders, a valid phone number must be provided during checkout to ensure smooth delivery of our box.
For all products, the cost of delivery to the pickup point is 2 EUR. For delivery to your door there is an additional charge of 2 EUR.

If you believe that there is something wrong with your box (an error in your shipment, damaged box and /or items), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include a short description of the issue along with an image of the damaged goods, if any and will be in touch.
If you are not satisfied with your box, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, provided the box and the products are in excellent condition. The cost of return must be paid by the client.
If you wish to cancel your 3 month or 6 month subscription, you may do so within 15 days from subscribing . You are entitled for a partial refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
If you wish to return any products purchased through our e-shop, you may do so within 14 days from the date of order. Simply send an email to email@example.com stating if there is a problem with the product, along with a photo and reason for return and we will get back to you asap.
