MommyBox Cyprus is a gift and subscription box service in Cyprus for mum to be and new mums. Read more about us here.
You choose either the 1, 3 or 6 months plan and you prepay the total cost. If you choose 1 month plan, you will prepay and receive your box within 3-5 days. For the 3 and 6 month plans, we will send you the 1st box within a week after purchase and the following boxes a month later.
Each month you receive 5-6 surprise beauty and lifestyle products carefully curated and customised to your due date. Products change monthly so that you enjoy different products each time. Our boxes include beauty products, products suitable for pregnancy and gifts for the baby. We always choose products that are natural, organic and eco-friendly, free from any chemicals or nasty substances.
By choosing our 3 or 6 month subscriptions you benefit from a discount in the total cost of the 3 months and 6 months.
We choose products based on our core values. Although we carefully test all the products before including them in our boxes to make sure they are suitable for pregnancy, we suggest that you always read carefully the ingredients listed on each product. In case you have any concerns about using any of the products, make sure to consult your doctor, In case you notice discomfort or allergies, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.
Please note that MommyBox Cyprus does not produce any of the products included in the boxes and therefore it cannot be held responsible for any side effects.
Of course! You can send a box or subscription to a pregnant friend or new mum. Make sure to tick the box “Is this a gift?” when adding the product in your shopping cart and add the delivery address to whom you are sending the box. You may also add a note which we will add in a lovely gift card and add it to the box.
Once you choose the subscription plan, you will be directed to the checkout page. For the 1 month subscription you simply pay for the cost of the box. For 3 or 6 month subscriptions you must prepay the total cost of the subscription and benefit from the discount offered.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards.
Shipping & Returns
After your purchase, we will prepare your custom box within 3-5 days from ordering. If you have chosen our 3 or 6 month subscription, your second box will be delivered a month later and the following ones every month approximately on the same date.
If you are not satisfied with your box, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, provided the box and the products are in excellent condition. The cost of return must be paid by the client.
If you wish to cancel your 3 month or 6 month subscription, you may do so within 15 days from subscribing . You are entitled for a partial refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
If you wish to return any products purchased through our e-shop, you may do so within 14 days from the date of order. Simply send an email to hello@mommybox.com.cy stating if there is a problem with the product, along with a photo and reason for return and we will get back to you asap.
