This voucher gives access to our 6-week support group programme — a space designed to connect, support, and empower mums in the perinatal period of motherhood.
Each weekly session is discussion-based, with topics ranging from emotional wellbeing to identity shifts, relationships, transitioning back to work and many more important topics. We also welcome perinatal specialists to selected sessions for added support and guidance.
Mum Support Groups are offered online and in person (location based on interest), with sessions available in Greek and English.
